A little more about us:
- We offer over 30 class options each week including: Early am, mid morning, afternoon and evening options. We also have Saturday morning availability.
- Our facility is comprised of over 5000 square feet.
- We have the top of the line multi functional equipment, Lifting platform and multipurpose racks. We also have freeweights in the form of dumbbells and barbells and lots of it!
- Our staff is made up of highly experienced and qualified coaches who hold a variety of certifications that make us the most diverse gym in the area.
